Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice

1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed as described below by Özaydın Yangın Söndürme Sistemleri("Özaydın Yangın") in its capacity as data controller.

2. Personal Data We Process

The following personal data may be processed through ozaydinyangin.com(the "Site"):

• Identity and contact details: The name, company name, email address and phone number you share in the contact form.
• Request details: The system you are interested in and the content of your message.
• Transaction security data: Server logs such as IP address, browser and device information, and access time.
• Marketing and usage data: Page views, clicks, referring source and ad interaction data collected through cookies.

Our Site does not collect special categories of personal data. Please do not share such data in the form fields.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Receiving and responding to your quote, site survey and information requests,
• Contacting you by phone or email,
• Ensuring the security of the Site and preventing misuse and spam,
• Measuring Site performance and improving user experience,
• Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns,
• Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to authorized bodies.

4. Collection Method and Legal Bases

Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact form, email, phone and cookies. Your data is processed on the following legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (quote and site survey requests) — Art. 5/2-c,
• Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller — Art. 5/2-ç,
• The legitimate interests of the data controller (Site security), provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed — Art. 5/2-f,
• Your explicit consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for transfers abroad — Art. 5/1 and Art. 9.

5. Cookies

The following types of cookies are used on our Site:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Site to work and to remember your theme preference.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): Measure the number of visits, traffic sources and page interactions anonymously and statistically.
• Advertising cookies (Google Ads): Measure conversions from our ads, such as form submissions and phone or email clicks.

Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you consent in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you do not consent, Google measurement tools work in a limited, cookieless mode using anonymous signals. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with the following service providers:

• Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA),
• Email infrastructure: Google Workspace and Resend (USA),
• Analytics and ad measurement: Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.

Because these service providers' servers are located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may also be transferred to legally authorized public bodies and institutions upon request and to the extent required by law. Your data is never sold to third parties.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation. When these periods end, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Contact requests that do not lead to a contractual relationship are deleted within 2 years at the latest. Google Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

8. Data Security

Site traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS. The necessary administrative and technical measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access to, loss of, and unlawful processing of your personal data.

9. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred,
• Object to an outcome against you that results from the exclusively automated analysis of your data,
• Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.

10. How to Apply

In accordance with the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your requests in writing, together with information that identifies you, to Eğribucak Mahallesi Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han Bulvarı No: 256/B Melikgazi / Kayseri, or by email to info@ozaydinyangin.com. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires a separate cost, the tariff determined by the Board may be applied.
