Installation & Contracting
We deliver projects to high quality standards, on schedule and within scope.

Our Approach
In short: Installation and contracting brings the approved project to life on site through pipe threading, welding, assembly, painting and testing. Özaydın Yangın carries this out with its own workshop and field crews, integrating equipment supply and installation, and keeps QA/QC records throughout so the site matches the design exactly.
Pipe threading, welding, assembly, painting and testing are all carried out by our own workshop and field crews. The project schedule is reported transparently; equipment procurement, logistics and installation work as one integrated process. Sprinkler, fire hydrant, fire hose cabinet and mechanical line works run in parallel to shorten total duration. QA/QC records are kept throughout the entire process.
In installation and contracting, Özaydın Yangın carries out the whole process of pipe threading, welding, assembly, painting and testing with its own workshop and field crews. This means controlling both schedule and quality standard directly, without depending on third-party subcontractors; equipment supply, logistics and installation work as one integrated flow.
On a real factory project, work usually proceeds on parallel fronts: while sprinkler and fire hose cabinet installation continues inside the plant, hydrant excavation and fire hydrant line laying go on outside at the same time. Separate crews complete smoke exhaust vents on the roof and detection and alarm cabling inside the plant simultaneously. This parallel working pattern is the main factor shortening total project duration.
For critical rooms such as high-voltage transformers, archives and IT rooms, gas-based suppression systems are installed at this stage according to the designed details. The fire water tank and fire pump set are usually supplied and installed in the last step, because the readiness of all lines to be commissioned as an integrated system depends on these components.
QA/QC records kept throughout the process, such as pressure tests, weld inspections and installation photos, are entered into the project file and shared transparently with the client through weekly progress reports. These records are the basis for the tests in the next stage, commissioning, and make the match between site and project auditable.

Installation & Contracting: frequently asked questions
What does installation and contracting include?
Scope covers workshop preparation (pipe threading, painting), pipeline installation, [sprinkler](/sistemler/sprinkler) and [fire hydrant](/sistemler/hidrant) installation, fire hose cabinet and hose line installation, and site inspection and quality reports. All work follows the technical package prepared during [engineering design](/hizmetler/projelendirme).
Does production stop during installation?
The installation program is planned in sections so production does not stop; sprinkler, hydrant, fire hose cabinet and mechanical line work run in parallel to shorten total duration. The project schedule is shared transparently with weekly progress reports, so the facility can adjust its own production plan accordingly.
Which standards do the equipment and materials meet?
FM, UL and VdS approved equipment and pipe and fittings that meet the relevant standards are supplied. Material selection follows the specification and equipment list prepared during engineering design, so every part used on site matches the project package exactly.
How is quality controlled during installation?
Pressure tests, weld inspections and installation photos are recorded in the project file throughout the process. These QA/QC records make the site process auditable and provide the reference point for the tests carried out in [commissioning](/hizmetler/devreye-alma).
How is the installation and contracting duration determined?
Duration depends on the number and scope of the systems designed, the size of the facility, the quantity of material needing workshop preparation, and the number of crews that can work in parallel. Running sprinkler, hydrant and fire hose cabinet work at the same time shortens total duration compared with doing them one after another.
