Calculation-based engineering

Engineering Design

Every project starts with hydraulic calculations, flow-pressure analyses and area-by-area hazard classification. Sprinkler coverage areas, spray radii, hose lines and fire pump capacity are calculated one by one. The result is a technical file, ready for submission to the fire department, drawn in CAD and integrated with the equipment list and hydraulic reports.

The calculation, delivered on site
Service 03

Installation & Contracting

Pipe threading, welding, assembly, painting and testing are all carried out by our own workshop and field crews. The project schedule is reported transparently; equipment procurement, logistics and installation work as one integrated process. Sprinkler, fire hydrant, fire hose cabinet and mechanical line works run in parallel to shorten total duration. QA/QC records are kept throughout the entire process.

Step 04
An untested system is not a safe system
Service 04

Commissioning

During commissioning, fire pump performance, sprinkler line pressure, alarm triggering and gas system discharge tests are carried out in full. All results are signed off as a test and commissioning report. Operating staff receive user training and technical documentation, and the facility is made ready for the fire department's final inspection.
