Our fire protection approach on the Tower 352 project

In accommodation buildings such as hotels, the fact that most guests are asleep at night makes fire safety directly dependent on early warning and fast evacuation. Guests' unfamiliarity with the building layout requires escape routes to be clear and easy to understand, and suppression systems to bring a fire under control before it grows. In such buildings, safety depends on the night scenario as much as on daily operation.

At Tower 352 Hotel, an automatic sprinkler system protects the whole building including guest areas, while the fire hose cabinet line supports manual response points. The water reserve the system needs is drawn from the fire water tank, and the required flow and pressure are supplied by the fire pump set; this structure provides automatic, continuous protection even during the hours when guests are asleep.

The system was commissioned with fire department approval on an installation process planned without disrupting hotel operations. Under a periodic maintenance contract aligned with BYKHY (Turkish Fire Protection Regulation), the pump set and line pressure are tested regularly. The sprinkler system, which provides automatic protection across the building, is a priority in these checks.
